Shipment of your package
Free shipping for orders above 100 euros. Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via your chosen courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. As soon as your items are shipped, you will be notified by e-mail.
Shipping costs are including handling, packaging and postage. We recommend that you place your items in one order. We can not combine two separately placed orders. Your package is sent at your own risk, but special care is taken to fragile items.
Return of your order
No order may be returned without informing us in advance. We provide you with the necessary instructions to return the goods quickly and safely.
